Fozzy Group signed contract for goods supply with Stassen S.A. in frames of the Kingdom of Belgium trade mission to Ukraine. Belgian producers are among key suppliers in driving the Group’s own import development. Turnover of Belgian goods in Fozzy Group retail chains was UAH 4.7 million in 2009 and it increased to UAH 7.6 million during ten months of 2010. With the mentioned contract Fozzy Group plans to strengthen its market position and proceed with the product range expansion.
Due to the contract Fozzy Group will import Stassen S.A. goods directly for reselling in Silpo, Fora, and Fozzy Cash&Carry chains in 2001. Stassen S.A. supplies to Fozzy Group cider under Stassen trade mark since spring 2010. Thanks to the cooperation with the Belgian producer the Group became the first retailer which proposed genuine apple cider to its customers. Stassen apple ciders are made of natural apple juice without any supplements, sugar or preservatives.
Besides cider there are number of Belgian products in Silpo, Fora, Fozzy Cash&Carry. These are Belgid'Or, ISIS and Starbrook chocolates, Pralinutta chocolate muss, Donckels truffles, Desobry cookies, Du Bocq beer, Grand Mere pate.
