In 2015, Fozzy Group’s retail chains turnover has grown by almost 29% comparing to 2014 and amounted to more than UAH 46,5 billion. In the past year, as in previous years, Group of companies has maintained a focus on supporting and ensuring the quality of goods and services in retail chains, reasonable pricing policy, and offering fine range of products to its customers. In 2015, 51 new stores of three retail chains were opened: 25 Silpo supermarkets, 27 "Fora" convenience stores, 1 Fozzy Cash & Carry hypermarket. The total number of stores at the beginning of 2016 amounted to 522: 273 - Silpo, including three Le Silpo, 10 - Fozzy Cash & Carry, 239 - Fora. At the beginning of 2016 in the retail business of Fozzy Group 40.5 thousand people were employed. Fozzy Group is continuing to develop new formats of supermarkets with a food courts area: in the past year, Silpo supermarkets network is supplemented by three Silpo in the "Gulliver" shopping center, Kiev, Silpo in the "Forum Lviv" shopping center, Lviv and Silpo in "Epicenter K", Kiev. These supermarkets have different range of products, each of them represented different cuisines, and also supermarkets have a unique design. By the end of 2015 on the territory of the supermarket chain have operated 14 restaurants and cafes. Since September 2015, Silpo had been made available a new service: the ability to recharge their mobile phones accounts directly at the checkout of the supermarkets The new service is available to subscribers of all Ukrainian mobile operators of both prepaid and contract forms of connection. At the moment, in average of 10 thousand visitors recharge their mobile number in the Silpo daily, in a month – more than 300 thousand transactions. In 2015, a new project was launched – a special offer of Yezzz! mobile network for Silpo chain guests. Yezzz! tariff provides a number of advantages, which includes recharging at the checkout of the Silpo without commission and earning “ Vlasnyi Rakhunok“ points for each charging. It continues to develop the project of "Lavka Traditsіy" – natural foods from Ukrainian suppliers, made according to traditional recipes and technologies, which are represented in the Silpo chain. The range of products of «Lavka Traditsіy» is represented in supermarkets throughout Ukraine. The largest range of products present in 4 cities: Kyiv, Lviv, Odessa and Chernihiv. By the end of 2015, there have been about 30 local farms among product manufacturers of "Lavka Traditsіy". Last year, Fozzy Group increased the turnover of the new project – its own manufacture of chocolate "Vlasna Kondyterska", launched in 2014. During 2015 the volume of production increased by more than 2.5 times and is about 4 tons of final products per month. Fozzy Group has strengthened the position of its “Own Import without Intermediate Sellers", increased in 2015 the number of suppliers all over the world to 740 manufacturing companiess, which are on 27% more than in 2014. At the end of 2015 “Own Import without Intermediate Sellers" includes more than 6500 articles of permanent goods and 2,000 seasonal ones. Worth noting such product category as tea and coffee: product range of the group increased to 9 tea suppliers from different parts of the world (the United Kingdom, Sri Lanka, Georgia, Israel, France, USA, and China); also significantly increased range of roasted coffee products from Portugal, expanding the coffee line from Germany, Britain, France, and Italy. The product delivery of 26 kinds of green coffee grains was established directly from the plantations in South America and Africa. The range of beer brands was expanded: it is 47 brands with an assortment of more than 150 units from Belgium, Ireland, Germany, the UK, France, Denmark, Holland, the Czech Republic. For special merits in the work on the popularization of the Belgian beer company in Ukraine Fozzy Group has been devoted to the Knights of the Order of Belgian beer. This award is awarded a limited number of companies per year. Also, a group of companies has increased the range of bottled wine import in the country. As a result of the work in 2015, the "Vlasnyi Іmport" team signed an agreement on cooperation with the new and unique wineries which produce limited series of wines. These manufacturers are united by a single project "Znahіdka Vlasnoho Іmportu" and available exclusively on the shelves in the Silpo supermarkets. By the end of 2015 the number of households has reached 53 ones. Fozzy Group’s private labels product range also continued to grow. So, in 2014, the line items consisted of 11 PL s, in 2015 there were 3 new brands. At the moment, retail chains products have sold under the 14 PL s: Premiya Select premium products, mid-price segment – Premiya, Premiya Riki-Tiki, Premiya Wine Club (PWC), Zelena Krayina, Zonk!, Protex, "Dyadkіvskі nastoyanki», X Energy, low segment – Povna Chasha, Povna Charka, EXTRA!, Instinct, Bibby. During 2015, 45 new items were appeared in categories of all price segments. The products line under the trademark "Premia Rіkі-Tіkі" and TM "Premia" expanded to 26 categories. The Silpo retail chain continues to develop a program for regular customers "Vlasnyi Rakhunok": in 2015 audience increased by 4.67 million households that represent more than 11 million participants. Studying the personal preferences of program cardholders, the "Vlasnyi Rahunok" team provides to its customers attractive individual offers, which are based on the history of their purchases. Thus, last year for the participants of the program were sent about 8 000 000 certificates to purchase their favorite products of the chain.
