Silpo Launches its own Delivery in 45 Ukrainian Cities 23.04.2020

The Silpo supermarket chain has launched its own food delivery starting in the cities with the least developed delivery services.

The project started in 45 cities of Ukraine and will subsequently cover all cities where Silpo supermarkets are located. You can sel ect products and place an order at shop.silpo.ua. Delivery costs 50 UAH and will be made within the 4-hour time period chosen by the customer.

“Caring about our customers, we first of all thought about those 45 cities where it is difficult to order food and essentials from the comfort of your home, because they have underdeveloped delivery services. Major cities such as Kyiv, Kharkiv and Dnipro will be included in the delivery later,” says Silpo Marketing Director Kateryna Ohuriaieva.

All order packers and couriers are provided with masks, gloves, sanitizers and are subjected to daily temperature controls for safe delivery.

The following cities now have Silpo delivery service: Bakhmut, Bila Tserkva, Berdiansk, Boryspil, Brovary, Vasylkiv, Vita-Poshtova, Vyshgorod, Dniprorudne, Drohobych, Druzhkivka, Kamenets-Podilsky, Korosten, Kostopil, Kramatorsk, Kremenchuh, Kropyvnytskyi, Lymanka, Lysychansk, Lozova, Lutsk, Mariupil, Melitopol, Myrhorod, Mukachevo, Nizhyn, Ovidiopol, Oster, Pavlohrad, Radomyshl, Rivne, Sambir, Sievierodonetsk, Slavutych, Sofiivska Borshchahivka, Stoianka, Stryi, Teplodar, Ternopil, Uzhhorod, Fastiv, Khmilnyk, Khmelnytskyi, Enerhodar, Yuzhnoukrainsk.

The Silpo website also offers online ordering and take-away fr om any supermarket in the network.

Silpo is one of the largest Ukrainian chains of food supermarkets in Ukraine founded in 1998. As of April, 2020, there are 259 Silpo supermarkets, including 4 Le Silpo delicatessen. It is part of Fozzy Group, one of the largest retail industrial groups of Ukraine. The company has a project of support and development of small Ukrainian manufacturers called “Lavka Tradytsii”, the produce of which can be purchased at Silpo and Le Silpo delicatessen.
