Silpo clients can now place an online order and pay for their packed purchase.
You can order goods at shop.silpo.ua and pick up an already packed bag at the store. There are around 2,000 items available for online ordering and pick-up, including food, children's and pet products, cosmetics, and deli goods. The range will soon be expanded.
"We have launched the service "We Pack, You Pick-Up" to enable our guests to order the goods from home and reduce the time spent in the store. We understand that nowadays, as never before, this service is in high demand, and we will keep on working on the development of the online store shop.silpo.ua and its convenience,” explains Silpo Marketing Director Kateryna Ohuriaieva.
The service "We Pack, You Pick-Up" is free of charge and is available in all network supermarkets. During pick-up, the payment for goods is done at a special register. All employees involved in gathering online orders are provided with masks, gloves, and sanitizers, and are subject to daily body temperature control.
Silpo is one of the largest Ukrainian chains of grocery stores in Ukraine. Founded in 1998, it is part of Fozzy Group, one of the largest retail and industrial groups in Ukraine. As of April 2020, there are 259 Silpo supermarkets, including 4 Le Silpo delicatessen.
