Using LOKO is simple and convenient: the service is integrated into the Silpo app. To place an order, go to the LOKO Delivery section on the home screen.

With LOKO, you can order either food from your favorite restaurants nearby or a selected range of products. Or both in one order, without paying extra for the second delivery.

Couriers deliver orders within 25 minutes. You can pay for delivery online in the mobile app. For orders over UAH 200, there is also free delivery. The first three orders are discounted by UAH 100. And for all Silpo guests who have a "Vlasnyi Rakhunok" account card, there is a bonus offer, according to which you will receive x4 points for each order in LOKO.
