The 1324 m2 of the sales area is a walk along boardwalks where rare birds can be seen. The walls are decorated with illustrations of Red Data Book of Ukraine: the eagle from the Askania-Nova, the red-headed vulture from Volyn, the sultana bird from the Dniester river, the black stork from the Carpathians, and others.

The columns are decorated with wood decorations with bird footprints. The checkout light boxes are made in the form of binoculars, the main attribute of a birdwatcher. In the gastronomy department there is an art object "Bird" made of translucent fabric.

The new Silpo has a bakery, pizza, cooking, home-roasted coffee, exotic fruits and vegetables, an island of the Lavka Tradytsii, and hot smoked fish. Pick-up service and delivery of products around the city are available.
